Chris has been involved in fitness from an early age. As a child he was heavily influenced by his fathers love for cycling and starting competing in BMX. The love for the sport continued and grew into a competitive one. Eventually he was ranked one of top 15 year olds in the country. Tragedy struck when he shattered his leg a few years later forcing him to leave a sport he found so much joy and passion for.
After graduating and moving to New York City he discovered Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. It was then he found joy again, not only in learning and competing himself but teaching & helping others to understand their true potential.
