AMRAP 10 Minutes

9 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

21 Sit Ups

*Perform the 10 Minute AMRAP with no rest. Get as many rounds of 9-15-21 as possible.

 

Ex. WORKOUT #2

Equipment - Kettle Bell

EMOM10

Min 1: 10 KB Deadlifts + 5 Up Downs

Min 2: 15 KB Goblet Squats

*Complete the 2 individual minutes totaling 5 rounds for each.

 

Ex. WORKOUT #3

Equipment - Pair of Dumbbells

                   - Pull-up Bar

AMRAP 5 Minutes

10 Pull-ups

10 DB Floor Press

- REST 2 MINUTES -

AMRAP 3 Minutes

Max DB Devils Press

*Perform the first 5 Minute AMRAP then rest for 2 Minutes. At the 7 Minute mark complete as many DB Devils Press as you can in 3 minutes.
