It’s the most common question any trainer gets from friends or clients, “What can I do at a hotel?”. Usually the universal staple in any hotel gym is a pair of dumbbells. What started out as one workout ended up turning into dozens of workouts. Now it’s your turn to experience Dumbbell|H.I.I.T.! These aren’t your regular celebrity trainer workouts you see on Instagram. These will challenge you and make you look better all at the same time! The days are split 1 day Strength & Conditioning followed by 2 days of Conditioning. It is recommended you take 1 day off for every 3 day split.

10 DB Goblet Squats
Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes
20 Alt. Bodyweight Lunges
15 DB Deadlifts (2x50/35)
*Aim to complete each round in under 2 minutes
