This 8 Week 5 day program breaks down the snatch and clean and jerk over the first 3 weeks with complexes and separated movements.You Will be squatting 3 days a week with one day of paused back squats leading into a heavy wave cycle towards the end.  Snatches & Clean and Jerks are kept to one lift per day with a technique primer day before heavy singles. Accessory work alternates from once a week to twice a week. Conditioning days are kept to day 3 with short  pieces following deadlifts.
